Dinner menu was from one of my favorite cooks... Ina Garten.

Guacamole
Sagaponack Corn Pudding

Frozen Key Lime Pie

Support Your Teachers!!!!
What a feast and what a thoughtful Mom you are. It's a wonderful way to send kids, even the big ones, back to school.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great day you planned for Jill and Scott. I love the pencil centerpiece....great idea!! Your dinner looks amazingly good, and the pie.......yummo!! Have a great week:)
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! We, including Reagan, had a wonderful time. Dinner was delicious! Scott and I are both greatful for your contributions to our classrooms as well!!!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute idea. I love that you helped out your "teachers". Yummy dinner and you and I have the same dishes.
ReplyDeleteCynthia
Kendra, what a great occasion to celebrate with family! Love that you put together a classroom gift bag. So many people do not realize how many teachers spend money out of their own pockets on their students needs.
ReplyDeleteLast night I heard on the news that schools in Detroit don't have textbooks or even toilet paper. Anything we can each do to help our schools and our teachers, in turn benefits the children and their futures.
I love your pencil vase! I have just been looking around blogs at tablescapes and decided to try a back to school theme...that vase is going to be a centerpiece!!
ReplyDeleteLove Ina's recipes. Your key lime pie looks great also. I enjoyed the pet pictures. Makes me miss our collie.

ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog today and becoming a follower. I hope you have a wonderful day!
