Epi (wheat stalk-shaped bread)

I finally made my Epi!

This was so much easier to make than I thought it would be. The loaf turned out nice and crusty, perfect dinner rolls. I will be making these again soon.

  6. Wow looks great.....you are really good at this bread thing. What about the crackers? Did you make them. I have been waiting to see how they turned out. Good job.....I can't wait to see what you will turn out next:)
