FFwD - Mozzarella, tomato, and strawberry salad

I am so glad to be back cooking with the French Fridays with Dorie group!!  I have been busy with closing my gift shop and tea room, then watched my grandson for a couple of weeks while my daughter finished up teaching for this school year.

This was a very different but great salad!  Perfect for the hot Summer nights we are having!  The ingredients are few; fresh mozzarella, sweet strawberries, grape tomatoes and fresh basil!

I have been so happy with the recipes that I have made out of this cookbook Around my French Table!  This is my only cookbook by Dorie but I have been so impressed with it I want to look at some of her other cookbooks!  Let me know what you would recommend adding to my collection.

    Your salad looks lovely...I really enjoyed this one! Just right for this time of the year. Check out Dories baking book "Baking From My House to Yours".

    Looks like you have summer on the plate right there. I've also enjoyed cooking out of Dorie's book immensely!
