HBinFive - March 1st Bread Bread

Our 4th Bread Braid for the HBinFive Bread was a great Whole Wheat Bread w/Olive Oil. This bread has great taste and I thought it was very easy to work with. The first bread I made was a loaf of Whole Wheat w/Olive Oil. It was great toasted as well!

For the second bread, I made the Garlic-Studded Baguette and Cherry Tomatoes Studded Baguette. I loved how these turned out, they tasted great too! (I made these instead of the Aloo Paratha bread.)

The last bread for this assignment was Southwestern Focaccia with Roasted Corn and Goat Cheese. This bread was great, I also added chicken to this. The sauce had so much flavor, we really loved it. I was able to buy roasted corn in the frozen section at Trader Joe's.

  1. Your Baguettes are gorgeous and shaped so nicely too.

Your Focaccia looks great! I've not shopped at Trader Joe's in about 5 or 6 yrs now, apparently, I need to go back!

  2. I have no Trader Joe's. Wish I did. Your breads are so beautifully shaped. The rise on your whole wheat loaf is perfect.

  7. your baguettes are soo pretty. the garlic one especially has my attention! it all just looks so good. I too found this dough very easy to work with. Not nearly as wet as some of the other ones we've done.
