The Shrimp Scampi was an easy recipe to cut in half, so I decided this would be a perfect Valentine's Day Dinner! We had a simple Green Salad and French Bread with our meal!
You can find this great recipe at http://www.foodnetwork.com/! One other great thing about this recipe is that you can make in advance!
Thank you Jill of http://insanelygoodfood.wordpress.com/ for selecting this recipe, it will definitely be a repeat at my house!
I am also posting this to Foodie Friday hosted by Michael of http://designsbygollum.blogspot.com/. Make sure to visit her for great recipes and inspiration!
This looks wonderful and scampi is a favorite of mine- Lovely!
